Before AlliBee, I spent six years as an Operations, Events & Communications Manager within the pharmaceutical industry, alongside more than a decade of experience across hospitality, weddings and events.
Since building AlliBee, I've continued to work across events, creative projects, business support and charity projects, bringing together the organisation, creativity and practical problem-solving needed to get things done.
Basically, I know how to make a plan, and what to do when the plan inevitably changes.
From empty office to a space that feels like home.
A real AlliBee project - ‘The Living Room’
When my client, a Doula and Hypnobirthing Instructor, came to me with an empty office on an industrial estate, she had a vision for a warm, comfortable and inviting space where her clients could feel relaxed and at ease. Together, we developed that vision into The Living Room, working closely throughout the project to create a space that felt completely right for her, her business and the people she supports.
I helped shape the concept and branding, designed the space and bespoke mirror, worked with her on furniture, styling and finishing touches, and coordinated the launch photoshoot. From the initial idea through to the finished space and launch, it was a genuinely collaborative project - bringing together creativity, organisation and plenty of practical problem-solving.
The Result
Together, we transformed an empty office into The Living Room - a warm, calming space that feels much more like stepping into someone's home than a traditional office, and gives her clients somewhere comfortable and welcoming to be.

I had a vision for how I wanted the space to look and feel, but Alli helped me turn all of those ideas into something real. She has an incredible eye for detail and somehow manages to be both really creative and ridiculously organised, which is exactly what I needed!
She helped me with everything from planning, lists and organisation to recommending suppliers, coming shopping with me to choose furniture and accessories, helping apply the branded window stickers and creating floral arrangements. She also painted the most beautiful mirror for the room, which has ended up being one of my absolute favourite things in the whole space.
When it came to the photoshoot, Alli organised the photographer and was there on the day helping to style the room, organise everything and guide me through the shoot, which made the whole thing feel so much easier.
What I loved most was that she completely understood the vision. She could see what I was trying to create, make suggestions I hadn’t even thought of and then actually help me make it happen. She notices all the tiny details that I would completely overlook and is meticulous about making sure everything comes together properly.
If you have a project, event or space that exists beautifully in your head but you need someone to help you actually pull it all together, Alli is absolutely your person. She has the vision, creativity and organisational brain to take something from “I have an idea…” to something you can actually stand back and feel really proud of.
